189 – Living Tao with Colin Hudon
Do you want to learn some ways to heal the ailments of disconnection, social media madness, inability to be present, and such through ancient healing ARTS?
This is an episode that may exactly help you with that.
I’m honored to introduce our guest this week who has embodied much wisdom. As many of you know, I have a deep passion for the spiritual practice of tea ceremony, and today’s guest embodies the essence of this ancient art form. He is not only a master of tea, but also a spiritual guide who helps us navigate the complexities of the modern world through the wisdom of the Dao.
Colin Hudon, “A guy who brews tea in the mountains & Caretaker of leaves”, is the owner and founder of Living Tea, developed his passion for tea and Tao through a lifelong immersion in Eastern traditions. As an herbalist, acupuncturist, and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, he discovered the profound depth of these traditions through the tea ceremony and sought to share them in the West.
After years of studying and traveling throughout Asia, Colin began sharing tea as a form of moving meditation and living art. With thousands of tea ceremonies, Living Tea continues to share ancient traditions and old-growth trees with its audience.
Living Tea promotes mindful, meaningful, and healthy living through the rituals of tea, which has been an essential tool for well-being for millennia. Whether as a companion to meditation, a symbol of nourishment among friends, or an alternative to coffee, tea can transform lives.
Guided by Chinese Medicine and the Way of Tea, Living Tea sources fine teas grown with reverence for both the plant and the planet.”
